Statewide Human Resources Information System
The Department is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to replace existing Personnel systems. The procured HRIS shall be a commercially available COTS HRIS product with demonstrated ability to successfully meet the business and technical requirements as described in Section 2 and RFP Attachment I - Functional, Technical, Reports and Form Requirements, with minimal modifications to the software.
