Statewide Housing Needs Assessment
The State is seeking proposals from qualified organizations for the provision of professional consulting services to conduct and prepare a Statewide Housing Needs Assessment. This study will enable the State and local jurisdictions to better understand the housing needs of low- and moderate-income persons and households for affordable housing and related services in order to target and coordinate the use of Federal, State and local resources.
