Develop a five-year digital plan addressing a coordinated statewide digital library and archive. The collaborative nature of the state's statewide digital collections will be formalized with a strategic plan and digital governance infrastructure. This planning document will include a shared vision and long term goals which enable the wise and effective use of available resources in the state.
