The Office of Purchasing & Contracting is seeking to establish purchasing agreements with one or more companies that can provide State Carpentry Services.
Carpentry services shall consist of but is not limited to: Building improvements and repairs, demolition, custom woodworking, window installation, trimming, framing, door hanging and cabinetry.
1.3. CONTRACT PERIOD: Contracts arising from this request for proposal will be for a period of 12 months with an option to renew for 2 additional 12 -month periods. Proposed start date will be May 15, 2010.
