Statewide Assessment Systemc Alternate Learning Progressions Assessment
State intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking a single contractor to assist in the ongoing development and administration of the State Alternate Learning Progressions Assessment (NH-ALPS) at grades 2-8, and 10-11. ALPS is the academic assessment based on alternate achievement standards (AA/AAS) for students with the most cognitive disabilities. Video-based performance assessments are administered annually to approximately 1500 students across the 9 grades.
