Statements of interest and proposals for professional engineering services.
The site is located at the northeast corner of Eddy and Taylor Streets in San Francisco,
California. The proposed project is a 14 story apartment, Type I, building with between 143
and 158 units. The ground floor has a large commercial space ( 9,000 - 14,000 s.f.) which
ideally will have a mid-size grocery store. No parking will be provided for either the
residential or commercial space.
The second floor will contain social service spaces, common spaces, and a landscaped
courtyard and, potentially, residential units. Additional roof gardens are on upper floors.
The project will attempt LEED Silver certification.
