Statement of Qualifications: Construction Manager at Risk
The selected CM@R will be required to interact with City staff, Developers, Design Team, Program Manager and others during the pre-construction phase. Interaction will include coordinating design review and preparation of estimates. The selected Respondent will also be required to participate in value engineering and other collaborative cost reduction and design modification efforts as required to achieve a project design that conforms to the cost/budget limitations.
