The Statement of Interest & Qualifications (SIQ) Process is a 2-step competitive
negotiation process. The committee will select between two and five Offerors deemed suitable for the
project to proceed to step 2.
The project is designed to serve as a general classroom facility in support of undergraduate
education at VCU. It will also house and consolidate the administrative and faculty offices of
two academic units of the University, the School of Social Work and the Department of
English. The mix of classrooms includes one 400-seat lecture hall, one 200-seat
classroom, three 150-seat classrooms and five 80-seat classrooms
