Statement of Interest: Build Veterans Home

On behalf of the Department, the Office is soliciting Statements of Interest from architectural
firms interested in the construction of a 124 bed facility. The facility would need to be designed utilizing the State Veterans Home
Construction Design Guide and constructed in accordance with the
construction standards. The initial phase is to have a schematic design complete around March 1, 2010. Upon securing the necessary design and budget approvals by
the Veterans Home, the selected firm would then complete design development, develop construction documents for bidding, and provide construction administration for
the facilities.
