State-wide Biological Services
The State anticipates issuing up to four (4) indefinite delivery contracts for the performance of biological services to fulfill obligations under the Memorandum of Understanding between TxDOT and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, the National Environmental Protection Act, the Endangered Species Act, the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Management and Conservation Act, and other applicable rules, regulations, and laws.
