State-Wide Environmental Consulting and Investigation Services
The State anticipates issuing up to 5 indefinite delivery contracts for the performance of environmental consulting and investigation services. Services to be provided include all non-engineering related work necessary to complete hazardous materials initial environmental site assessments, Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, risk-based assessment investigations and evaluations, preventive action/corrective action plans, and project oversight for impacts to TxDOT facilities and ROW statewide.
