Web based conferencing tools and collaborations. Must integrate into blackboard and must have native VoIP support as part of the solution.
The IDEAL-NM Program seeks a Price Agreement from vendors who provide an En1:elprise-Class InternetIW eb Conferencing and
Collaboration Tools System. The desired internet/web conferencing system will be used statewide by public schools, institutions of
higher education, and state agencies to support internet/web onlioe courses for P-12 and higher education, as well as professional
development for adult learners throughout New Mexico.
The tenn of this agreement shall be for one (I) year from date of award with the option to extend for a period (s) of three (3) additional years, on a year-to-year basis, by mutual agreement of all parties and approval of the New Mexico State
Purchasing Director at the same price, tenns and conditions. This agreement shall not exceed (4) years.
