1.1.1 The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure information technology (IT) consulting and technical services for the State of Maryland. The Master Contract resulting from this RFP will provide State agencies with the flexibility of obtaining IT resources quickly and efficiently by issuing Task Order Requests for Proposals (TORFP) or Requests for Resumes (RFR) specific to its needs. The CATS II Master Contract will run concurrently with the existing Consulting and Technical Services (CATS I) Master Contract, and will replace it upon its expiration date of December 31, 2010.
