State of Hawaii Department of Public Safety Corrections Program Services Education Program Services
The Department of Public Safety, Corrections Program Services Division, is requesting
proposals from qualified applicants to provide a Intensive Re-entry & Transition Program
for Male and Female Offenders on the island of Oahu. The initial contract term will be
for a twenty-four month period commencing from June 1, 2013 up to and including May
31, 2015, with the option to extend for an additional twenty-four month period or
portions thereof, subject to the availability of funds, satisfactory performance of the
provider and prior written mutual consent. A single contract will be awarded under this
request for proposals.
