State of Alaska DOTPF Statewide Public Facilities Mech & Elect Eng Svcs Innovative Term Agreement
The State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is seeking a broad range of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services such as schematic design, design development, preparation of construction documents, advertising support, construction administration support, conducting feasibility studies, performing preliminary energy audits and detailed costruction cost estimating, and producing record documents for various statewide facilities projects. Individual projects may require architectural and civil/structural engineering services in support of the mechanical and electrical engineering services. The state intends to award three to five term agreements.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately January 2009 December 2010, with the option to add three one-year periods and one additional year to complete any prior authorized services Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $1,000,000 or greater.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available December 3, 2008 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 pm.
