State Rail Plan

The Agency requires a Vendor to assist in the implementation of the State Rail Plan. In order to qualify for new federal grants authorized through the Passenger Rail Investment & Improvement Act (PRIIA), states are required to submit rail plans which provide a long range investment program framework for meeting the various needs of rail passenger and freight needs. In order to accomplish this objective, transportation and freight expertise is necessary to complete the plan.
