State Procurement and Contract Training
This is an official notification that the Comptroller of Public Accounts plans to issue an Request For Proposals (RFP) for contract for training instruction and course development on state procurement, contract management and professional development for the TPASS Training and Certification program (TCP). Services may include, but are not limited to live classroom training instruction, curriculum development, creation of course booklets and materials to prepare students for certification exam(s), and/or periodic updates to the training curriculum and/or course materials. The majority of the training is held in Austin, Texas, but may be held in other locations throughout the State of Texas.
