State Plan Evaluation
The State is seeking bids to cost effectively: 1. Review and make recommendations for revisions to the Evaluation Plan so that it is doable and cost effective. 2. Act as evaluator for each year the Plan is in effect, providing technical assistance necessary to collect requisite data and information; analyze data and information collected; and prepare related reports with recommendations The initial contract would be for one year, to be renewed annually based on performance and subject to funding.
