State Park Marina Operation
The nature of the leasehold offering is a concession lease for 3 years, with the option to renew for an additional 3 years at the discretion of the Department. The concessionaire may utilize the 20 docks with electric hook-ups for overnight boaters. The concessionaire may also sell food and beverages, have rentals, and may sell bait, fishing, picnic, camping and boating supplies, plane vending machines, and have other appropriate business, social and recreational activities.
