State Level Fuel Tax and Tobacco Tax Tracking System Maintenance

State has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain proposals from qualified vendors for hosting, maintenance, support and enhancements of the Fuel Tax Tracking and Compliance System and the Cigarette and Tobacco Tax Tracking and Compliance System for the Department of Treasury. The resulting Contract will be for a term of five (5) years with three two-year options to renew. Renewal of the contract will be at the sole discretion of the State and will be based on acceptable performance of the selected Contractor as determined by the State.
