State Historic Site Exterior Preservation
The project work will be performed on a circa 1875 one story adobe structure of approximately 6800 square feet. Work will include but will not be limited to roof replacement, new roof insulation, new gutters and canales, adobe repair, exterior window and door repairs, new mechanical systems and associated electrical work, new flatwork, site grading and detention ponds.
