State Governmental Services
The University is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide State Governmental Services to the University for a nine month period beginning September 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, availability of funds. The services of a contractor (state governmental liaison) are needed to represent the interests of the University to members of the Congressional Delegation, Selected members of Black Caucus and other governmental agencies.
