The State Office of Energy (NSOE) is requesting proposals from potential Rebate Processing Service Providers to provide management and operation services for the NSOEs State Energy Efficient Appliance Rebate Program (SEEARP). The purpose of the program is to save energy and stimulate the economy by encouraging consumers to replace old appliances with new, ENERGY STAR qualified models. This program is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The agreement will be for a one year initial engagement, with the intent to renew based on provider performance and dependent on availability of ARRA funds.
