Standby Trades Contractors
The City is accepting Statements of Qualifications from select qualified contractors from construction, renovation, maintenance and service trades for standby services as required for City facilities as follows:
• Carpentry: General Construction; Sheetrock, Ceilings, Interior Demolition, Debris Disposal, Movable Walls, Remodeling, Masonry, Insulation, Painting (Interior)
• Concrete: Driveway and Pavers; Furnish, Install and Repair
• Disaster Restoration & Recovery; including but not limited to Drying/ Dehumidification, Fire/Smoke & Mold Remediation
• Electricians: High-Voltage and Low-Voltage (Data, Voice, Security, etc.); Furnish, Install and Repair
• Fire Extinguisher Service: Inspection/Testing, Maintenance and Replacement
• Fire Sprinkler/Fire Suppression Service: Inspection, Maintenance and Repair
• Fences and Gates: Furnish, Install and Repair
• Flooring: Furnish and Install, including but not limited to carpet and tile
• Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning (HVAC) for Residential and Light Commercial Systems: Maintenance and Repair
• Locksmith: Door Hardware Specialist capable of creating key schedules
• Overhead Doors: Furnish, Install and Repair
• Plumbing: Maintenance and Repair
• Pressure Washing & Sealing
• Window, Glass and Door Replacement: Metal and Wood Doors and Frames; Furnish, Install and Repair
