GSA on behalf of the USAF HAF/A4PT will award a contract via competitive 8a competition in conjunction with SBA for Logistics Transformation and Execution Logistics Capability. This effort will be a hybrid fixed price/labor hour contract. Vendor questions are due by noon (Eastern time) on 3 Feb 2017.
