Standard Automated Logistics Tool Set (SALTS) support services
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Mechanicsburg Office, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for information technology services in support of the Standard Automated Logistics Tool Set (SALTS) application for a base period of one year with two one-year option periods. FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, will be included in the solicitation and award. The requirement will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541511 with a size standard of $25.5 million. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation will be released via NECO/FedBizOpps on or about 30 May 2014. Vendors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available for download from NECO/FedBizOpps; hard copies of the solicitation and any amendments will not be issued.
The projected award date is on or about 1 September 2014 with an anticipated start date of 7 September 2014. The incumbent for this requirement is Atlantic Pacific Group.
