The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP), and the resulting annual contract, is to obtain the services of a qualified firm to provide survey design, data collection, analysis, and reporting services for three annual stakeholder surveys for County Public Schools. Surveys will be administered to approximately 26,000 students in grades 6-12, all staff at schools and central office, approximately 6,000, and to all parents of approximately 48,500 students.
