Stairs and Sidewalk Renovation
Non-mandatory walk-through 02/16/2010.
The removal and reconstruction of existing seat walls on north and west side of building, existing limestone panels and caps will be removed and reinstalled. Existing stair joints will be recaulked. On east entrance work will include removal and replacement of existing slab on grade, removal and reinstallation of existing limestone panels along the south wall, replacement of several damaged limestone panels and installation of new waterproofing.
Chemistry Building Removal of existing loading dock slab and loading dock foundation wall to allow reconstruction of new dock slab that will include a pit for a new dock lift. Reconstruction of bituminous paving, miscellaneous electrical work to bring power to the lift and modifications to existing steel tread stair.
The removal of all debris caused by this Contract.
