Stair Tower & Dormer Improvements
Project involves the following work at Correctional Center: construction of new roofs over three existing stair towers, with associated structural masonry and trim improvements, and the replacement of the facing trim on the building’s dormers and cupola in the 1990 wing. Additional work included as part of this contract will be cold-formed roof framing, steel beams and reinforced masonry walls; asphalt shingles; composite CMU with brick veneer and fiber cement siding; lighting improvements.
