Staffing Agency for Subsidized Youth Employment Program
The State is soliciting proposals for staffing agency/agencies to act as a third party Employer of Record to process the payroll for a subsidized youth employment program between May 1, 2011 & September 30, 2011. The payroll services shall include initiation of new hire paperwork, supply of timesheets, processing payroll, providing Worker's Compensation insurance, issuing checks to participants and invoicing at the completion of each payroll cycle.
