THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY: Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for the provision Parking Garage spaces for federal staff in the Northeast Regional Office, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812930. The Government contemplates awarding of a definite delivery, requirements-type contract with a firm fixed unit price resulting from the future solicitation. The Contractor shall furnish fifty-six (56) parking spaces for full size passenger vehicles seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, twenty four (24) hour security and self-parking. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate and respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. A Market Survey Questionnaire is available, and will be distributed solely through General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including any subsequent solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site.
Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. The response date for the market survey is May 25, 2018. No telephone requests or written requests for the Market Survey Questionnaire will be accepted. All responses to the Market Survey questionnaire may be submitted in hard copy to ccurnutt@bop.gov. Faith based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. Please note: All potential quoters are advised if a solicitation is issued it will include the clause at FAR 52.212-4 (July 2017) for Commercial Items. This clause requires all contractors doing business with the Federal Government after September 30, 2003, to be registered in the SAM database. If your company is not registered in SAM, registration can be made at http://www.sam.gov/.
