"The purpose of this request is to provide assistance to the Birmingham City Commission
as they seek to recruit and interview potential candidates for the position of City
Manager. It is anticipated that the selection of a new Birmingham City Manager will
occur in late 2010 or early 2011 in order to provide for an adequate transition period
