Stabilization and Exterior Preservation Project
To perform preservation and infrastructure upgrades to the historic plantation house in compliance with The Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. The scope of work includes structural stabilization, exterior preservation work and electrical and fire detection upgrades. Exterior work: foundation replacement, structural repairs to wooden braced frame, wood window restoration, repairs to wood siding, exterior painting, wood door reconstruction, roof replacement and lightning protection system. Interior work: electrical system safety upgrades, fire and security alarm system installation.
