The work to be performed under this contract consists of renovations to the concrete pier structure on St. Simons Island, Georgia. The work includes but is not limited to demolition of selected benches, railings, roofing, electrical and plumbing components to make way for the construction of new benches, railing, roofing, and architectural components, and plumbing, irrigation, and electrical systems necessary to complete the project.
