APIA seeks one General Contractor to perform remediation and renovation on the St. George Health Center. Approximately, 2,310 square feet of asbestos containing materials (ACM) and lead based pain on four surfaces. Renovation includes 1,300 square feet of major renovation plus 1,640 of minor renovation.
