The College is renovating our existing Student Services building and is seeking qualified general contractors to build and manage the project
on our behalf. The proposed remodel includes new ADA restrooms and replacement of all exterior Windows and doors. Minor carpentry
and paint in some of the interior space will be needed; with complete exterior repainting. All documents related to this project will be
