Sports Apparel (Annual Contract)
Provide sports apparel including: tee shirts, sweat shirts, polo shirts, hats, jackets, etc to
Public Service Department, Columbus Fire & EMS Department, Parks & Recreation
Department, METRA and other Departments, as needed. The items will be purchased on
an as needed basis. The term of the contract will be for two (2) years with option to
renew for three (3) additional twelve (12) month periods.
