Sponsorship of Utility Billing Insert
Request for Proposals (RFP) to sponsor the December Utility Billing insert to encourage Minneapolis dog and cat owners to license their pets. Utility billing inserts are included with every utility bill and sent to over 6,000 residences and 10,000 e-bill customers each month.
