Sponsorship & Advertising Opportunities for 2011
Request for Proposal to install and maintain sponsorship and/or advertising on select CPD assets/property. In exchange, the CPD will receive payment from the awardee in the form of revenue, "in-kind" payment, or a combination of the two. Assets that may be made available include harbors, beaches, golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, conservatories, Theater-on-the Lake, and recyclable waste disposal cans. Free-standing billboards will not be permitted, nor will sponsorship or advertising for (1) political organizations, (2) religious organizations, (3) police-regulated businesses, or (4) companies whose business is substantially derived from the sale of tobacco, firearms, or sexually-explicit materials. The CPD retains approval of all locations and assets, as well as the content and appearance of all advertising / sponsorship. This is a one-year pilot project.
There will be a PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 4, 2010, in the Lower Level Conference Room of the Administration Building, 541 N. Fairbanks Court. QUESTIONS must be submitted in writing (fax or e-mail) to Mark Reed by 5:00 p.m. Monday, November 8, 2010. Questions submitted after that deadline will not be answered.
