Spill Prevention, Control, & Countermeasures Plan
The University is issuing a Request for Qualifications package from any Professional Environmental and/or Engineering Firms (consultant) to prepare a campus wide SPCC plan. Response to the RFQ shall include a standard “255 Form” listing similar applicable work done by the company, and should include at least one facility in similar size and scope of the campus. The SPCC Plan must be sealed by a professional engineer (PE) licensed in the state.
