This is a sources sought request for potential vendors to respond to this requirement to determine the market for Review and Update of the current Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures (SPCCP) for the Kansas City VA Medical Center (KC VAMC located at

The contractor shall revise the existing SPCCP, dated October 22, 2013, to reflect the following requirements/regulations:

40CFR 112.7, Oil Pollution Prevention;
National Fire Protection Association sections NFPA 30, Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code;
All applicable federal, state and local regulations.
Provide updates for any new Reporting and Training requirements

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The government is seeking a review and update of the current plan to verify compliance with current and any new requirements listed in (A, B, C and D) above and to update minor changes since the approval of the current SPCCP dated October 22, 2013. The revised document shall be user-friendly. The contractor shall review the installation s current SPCCP, and any other information needed for the SPCCP revision, update and reorganization. Upon completion of this review, the contractor shall make determinations as to the adequacy of the information based on a comparison with regulations, policy and other current guidance documents. The contractor will make necessary changes including plan content, maps, worksheets, charts, cross references, etc. The contractor may use current plans as references for technical information.

Contractor shall provide socioeconomic status and classification (SDVOSB, SB, VOSB, etc.) The NAICS Code is 561410, Document Preparation Services and the small business standard is 15 Million.
