Spiers Park Playground Proposal
The City is requesting proposals to design and provide playground equipment in connection with the Spiers Park Playground project.
This project consists of the design and purchase of a playground system for Spiers Park located at 2320 Bell Ave. in Dodge City, KS. Work is to include the design and provision of a commercial grade play system within existing play area boundaries. All equipment will be assembled and installed by the City.
Proposals will be received in the office of the City Clerk, 806 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 880, until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 5th, 2011. Proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. The City will select one (1) Supplier to provide equipment and materials for the park as outlined in this request.

No bidder may withdraw his proposal for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
