Title of Project: Sperry Chalet Restoration Phase 2, GLAC 246349

Description:
The historic dormitory at Sperry Chalet sustained significant fire damage in the 2017 Sprague Fire. All wood elements of the building were lost but the stone walls remained. This project is Phase 2 of the restoration and includes the remainder of the building finishes and permanent weather enclosure to the Sperry Chalet dormitory building. Specifically, this includes masonry repairs of the fire damaged stone walls, full enclosure of the building for windows and doors, roofing, and interior partitions and finishes.
