Spend Analytics
As stated early in this document, E&I is seeking to establish a partnership with an appropriate supplier to provide comprehensive spend management data and analysis services to the E&I membership throughout the country. E& I would like for each potential supplier to clearly articulate their willingness to partner in an exclusive relationship and how the supplier would envision this occurring. The data analysis software and information should include, at a minimum, p-card spend, contract and PO spend, and e-procurement spend. From that categorization, the partnership would develop follow-on modeling and diagnostics to identify member savings opportunities based on the analyzed data and propose a schedule of work to the member that would bring the savings opportunities to realization. The awarded supplier would also provide training of E&I designated personnel in utilization of the software tool(s) while jointly working to market comprehensive spend analysis consulting services to higher educations under an exclusive E&I label.
