Speech Writing Services
The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking quotations for speech writing services at USAID/Mozambique, as set forth in the Statement of Work (SOW).
The Offeror shall perform Speech Writing Services as per the Scope of Work. You are invited to submit quotations in accordance with the requirements specified in the SOW. Your offer should be valid for at least 60 days from the submission date.

Applicants should address their experience and qualifications in each of the areas noted above, in a written submission not to exceed 25 pages including writing samples. The proposal shall be submitted in English.
Applications submissions are due no later than Friday, June 28th at 17:30 pm, only via email to jmavila@usaid.gov - Jaime Mavila and Dercio Cossa at dcossa@usaid.gov. Please Subject Reference: "Solicitation for Speech Writing Services USAID/Mozambique - Solicitation No. 656-19-000009."
NOTE REGARDING GOVERNMENT OBLIGATIONS FOR THIS SOLICITATION
This solicitation in no way obligates USAID/Mozambique to award a contract, nor does it commit USAID to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the application.
Furthermore, the Government reserves the right to reject any offer, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of the Government.
