Specific Pharmaceutical Products
The Hospital District (Hospital District) has elected to secure Pharmaceutical Products through a charge-back, Prime Vendor Program. The Hospital District is requesting that price, terms and conditions of established contracts between vendor and the Hospital District be made available to the Hospital District through its designated Prime Vendor. As such, preference will be given to vendors whose company participates in such a charge-back, Prime Vendor Program. This contract term will begin May 1, 2010 and end April 30, 2011. The County may consider two (2) one-year renewal options, renewable one year at a time, based upon the same terms, conditions and pricing as the original year.
