The University is requesting
proposals from organizations qualified and experienced in providing the
management of staffing solutions for the recruitment of appropriate
personnel on a per diem or predetermined basis to cover staffing shortages
by registered nurses, surgical technicians and respiratory therapists on an
as-needed basis. Assignments are typically thirteen (13) weeks; however,
assignments may be longer or shorter as determined by UCHCs needs.
UCHC expects to award one (1) resultant contract to a single provider of
staffing management services. Should the Contractor be unable to provide
the required services, however, UCHC reserves the right to obtain the
services from other sources without penalty.
