Furnish equipment, materials, labor, special tools, and supervision required to install specialty filing/storage systems. Project consists of multiple types of equipment and accessories. These items include mechanical assist and powered high density moveable storage systems, shelving, bookstack shelving, rotary filing cabinets, and evidence storage devices and accessories.
Include the disassembly, transport of owner's existing roller shelving and roller desks from the existing location to the new location. This work will require careful coordination to minimize disruption to public records. A portion of this specification requires moving of existing records for the departments identified in the following pages.
Installation shall be performed under the direct supervision of at least one full-time factory trained and authorized installation representative, who is an employee of the contractor or equipment manufacturer. The contractor and equipment manufacturer must have at least five (5) years of experience supplying and installing projects and equipment of the size and scope of this project.
