Specialized industrial master planning services
The City of Lakewood is seeking statements of qualifications and proposals from individuals or firms with expertise in performing complex land-use planning for the purpose of developing a master plan for industrial redevelopment of a significant portion of the American Lake Gardens area. The scope of work will include assessment of redevelopment feasibility; identification of a business plan and implementation strategy; development of strategies for land assembly, housing relocation, and utilities planning; short- and long-term transportation planning including connectivity with Ft. Lewis, McChord AFB, and the proposed Cross-Base Highway; and interrelationship with adjacent school site. Proposers will also be evaluated on their ability to create a marketing strategy and handle public participation and communications.
