This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Solicitation number W81K04-18-R-0007 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposals (RFQ) for the procurement of procure specialized training services in support of the U.S Army Critical Care Paramedic Program, Army Medical Department Center and School (AMEDDC&S), U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM).


This procurement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis under NAICS code 611519 resulting in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). The SATOC will have one 5- year ordering period. This solicitation will be awarded under FAR Subpart 15.101-2, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Process to include applicable evaluation criteria.


The United States Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) is procuring a follow-on, non-personal services requirement to provide specialized training services in support of the U.S Army Critical Care Paramedic Program, Army Medical Department Center and School (AMEDDC&S), U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM). Specialized training services includes, but are not limited to Critical Care and Paramedic training, appropriate clinical rotations, and the cost and scheduling of the Flight Paramedic Certification exam (FP-C) and the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) psychomotor and written examinations for the National Registered Paramedic (NRP) certification.


SOLICITATION RESPONSES: Proposals shall be submitted as instructed in the solicitation via email to joann.t.morton.civ@mail.mil and JoLena.m.perkin.civ@mail.mil no later than 12:00 PM Central Time on Monday, June 11, 2018. Electronic submission via e-mail is required. Only emailed proposals received directly from the proposer are acceptable. All proposals received after this due date and time may be considered late in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f).


QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE SOLICITATION: Interested parties shall submit any questions concerning this solicitation in writing to the following e-mail addresses: joann.t.morton.civ@ mail.mil and JoLena.m.perkin.civ@mail.mil no later than 12:00 PM Central Time on Thursday, May 24, 2018 for the Government's consideration. Those questions not received within the prescribed date may not be considered. Telephone or written inquiries for the solicitation will not be accepted. Contractors are encouraged to submit questions on the solicitation, exhibits, and sample spreadsheet by using the Contractors Questions Template.xlsx. Please submit the template as a .xlsx to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist.
